Shipping policy

Dispatch

Standard orders are dispatched within 12-48 hours of payment, during normal business hours Monday to Friday from metro Brisbane, except on public holidays. Once your parcel has been dispatched to Australia Post, you will receive a dispatch notification email which includes the tracking number for your delivery. If this does not come through to your inbox, please ensure you check your spam/junk/promotions filter in case it has accidentally landed there. 

Pre-sale orders are held and dispatched within 12-72 hours of release date

 

Delivery Times

Within Australia

Most standard deliveries will take 2 – 3 business days to Eastern Capital Cities and major metropolitan areas. WA, NT, TAS and country regional areas may take 3-5 more business days.

You can personalise your shipping instructions when placing the order online. If you are not home to sign for your parcel a card should be left by the delivery driver for you to collect the parcel at your local post office.

International

Most international deliveries will take 3 – 8* business days. However, certain times of the year are slower than others. Please be prepared for your parcel to take longer than expected. 

International customs may hold the parcel at any time. International shipment parcels are subject to possible opening and inspection of goods by Customs officials in the country of delivery. This may delay estimated delivery times and is completely outside of our control. 

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order. Contact your local customs office for details. Suitcase Records is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


Shipping

International shipping rates are available for selection at the checkout, calculated based on region and weight. If you should select an incorrect shipping region, Suitcase Records  reserves the right to send you a shipping invoice with the outstanding shipping amount.
International orders are Australian GST exempt and your GST-free price will display once you enter your shipping address in the check-out.


Missing Parcels

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If a shipment is returned to us as Un-Deliverable you may either receive a full refund for the products ordered minus the shipment costs, or we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee.

Return & Refunds


Once your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you need to return items to us, it's a simple process. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase i.e. you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from Suitcase Records you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. When we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement(s) or issue a full refund for the item.

 If you are eligible for a refund, payment will take 7 - 10 business days.
